Black Screens

I've seen this problem a lot in ciV, but am I the only one it is happening to in cIV?
Recently, whenever I take a screen with prtscrn, all I can see is a black box. It was happening to me earlier occasionally, but now I only see black boxes. What should I do?

I found a couple of solutions:

hmmm , okay do you use printscreen ? if you do on some comps you have to wait a bit ( ! ) or you will end up with a black pic

How long, and wait how?
Doesn't work.

I haven't experienced that with Civ yet, but in other games disabling anti-aliasing does the trick.

How to? In my graphics options, in the anti - aliasing dropdown menu the only option is 0.

I have once encountered the black screenshot, but only the once. I simply deleted the dodgy pic from the folder and moved on. In the last couple of weeks, the problem hasn't returned for me.

OK, I've got an alternative - Hypercam. Looks like I've got no other option.

.,hypercam is a good thing.,but then the images are not as smooth as those gotten from the PrntScrn.,

Setting anti-aliasing to "0" is disabling it.

Otherwise, sorry, I can't help, having never had the black screen problem.

Is that black screen named "Frozen"?
