The game runs on low.
But yeterday I put the game on
Celeron 500
256 MB
40 GB Maxtor
Inno 3D Geforce 2 MX 400
And it runs ok,on tiny and small excelent and on standart ok.
But the main thing to keep your game runing is to to the following:
Increase your page file at least 1GB.
Install the latest drivers for mothrboard(must do trust me) and 66.93 or 71.89 of nVIDIA drivers.
Delete the cache of the game every time you started the game (must do) if you want to play without black terrain and stuff.It should be here:
C:\Documents and Settings\Aleksandar\Application Data\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\cache
And save often (huge bug game).
