Blade Graphics on Map

See Picture below ... A reload removed it.

I saw it once before ... ages ago and it would not go away even after a reload.

Does anyone know what causes it ?

looks like a graphics card artefact - could you post your dxdiag results file?

No Problems Found on each tab.
