Thought that noblemperor would answer this but yes, you need Blood and Iron mod to run this. Of course.

I tried this game and was enjoying it but by June 2015 the game keeps crashing every 10 turns or so. I reload, play the turn again and is fine, but I lost patient to keep (re-)playing.
