BNW Crash when declare war

I'm playing as Assyria. Each time I try to declare war on the Aztecs, the game crashes. This is regardelss of whether I move a unit into his borders or declare war from the diplomacy game.

In this game, I have already declared wars and defeated Indonesia and Austria, without any crashes.

I decided to load up this save and play around.

If I don't declare war, I can go to the next turn without a crash. However on the next turn, when I open any city screen, I get the game crashing again when exiting the city screen.

The game still crashes on declare war on the next turn as well.

Is there anything I can do to make this save playable again?
