[BNW] Problem with my name in game after patch

After installing newest patch it seems i can't use my own name in Civ5 .
No matter what i set in steam-->settings-->friends-->profile name in Civ5 my name is always the same as my PC name in Windows.
Any idea how to fix it?

PS. I tried steam online and offline mode, same result.

It seems that bug that switches player names is the same one that was present in G&K or even in older version of the game.

My method to fix this.
It seems that every time yo start a fresh game you have computer name. To get steam name all you need to do is start any game (solo, multi) and leave it. Next game you start/join you should have your steam name. I know....this is stupid but it works, dont ask me how.
