BOD something new-infinite loop closes windows.

I have not tried to play in a while and was playing in windowed mode. I tried going back to full screen and now all I get with just clicking on next unit to move above the minimap, the game freezes and I get the BOD and reading fast, before the computer reboots, it say that one of the processes was running an infinate loop. When the computer comes back up, it has saved the internet views I had up and restores them.
