How do I use them? I tried left click, right click. Civlopedia gives a bunch of useless info about the history of it.

the menu on the left side of the screen should be self explanitory. To bomb, you use the symbol with the red arc. It looks like the ranged units attack button. When you press this button with bombers, you should get a red line on the map showing the bomber's range. Note that you can't bomb something unless you have line of sight. This sometimes means you need ground troops close to the target.

If you don't have this line of sight, or if the target is outside your range, then nothing will happen when you click on the target. This might be your problem.

yes. i have hit the bomb button on the left. You shouldnt need eyes on for a stealth bomber tho. maybe you do. Civ 3 was way better. they didnt over complicate for nothing.

Air units do not use the same movement rules as ground units. Their "end" must be on a target, or at a city.

Unless you use the commands (on the left), it is hard to get a feel for their range.

It is possible to use the same commands, but you have to click on a unit or city within range.

Using the commands (on the left) puts circles around available targets or cities within range to relocate to.

It would make sense if when you (right-clicked) that would also give you available "targets".
