Could these functions lead to crashes? I hope they do, because then they are probably the reason for my problems .

You can just remove those lines from python and everything will be fine. The Feats themselves do nothing, and their names are not important. If those lines are removed, then not having Privateers means as much to that particular feat as not having chocolate sprinkles on your cat's litter box means to it.
