Regardless of the civ colours, which look exceptionally amazing for some civs like Indonesia and Georgia. Yes, they look good cuz we can read the city names and distinguish the borders between country. Thank you developers, kudos to that.
However, it would very very great for the devs to make the borders not really hexagonal, pls. It doesn't look natural, at all. Those borders in civ v were actually very good, it doesn't look like a post-colonized border, it looks natural. So if the devs would change this and make it to GS, it would be very very great for the game. As the looks of the game itself is stunning, it'd be much better if the borders aren't so hexagonal..
