Super-congratulations on this game to @Kaitzilla, who not only achieved fastest conquest (1180 AD) and the gold medal, but did so despite being the only person to pick the immortal level challenger save, thereby having quite a harder game than everyone else!

Powerfaker managed a 940 AD fastest religious victory, and @Smiregal a 1340 AD conquest, securing the silver medal for 2nd highest score, but no-one else managed to end the game much before 1700 AD, perhaps reflecting the difficulties of early conquest when the AI is split between two large continents.

Welcome by the way to @James Mike - first ever GOTM!

Here's where everyone settled. Looks like almost everyone chose to settle for the happy/financial resources rather than the strategic ones (which I have to admit is what I'd probably have done too). @NickTrofimuk was the one noble exception.

(Sorry - our map-generator algorithm that tries to optimze where to put everyone's names didn't cope very well with the widely separated starting points this time round  )

The Small Print:
The numbers by each player's name indicate the turn settled on (starting turn is 0). Players are colour coded by game class (challenger=red, adventurer=blue). Symbols indicate victory condition, if there's no symbol then the player either retired or was defeated. The yellow border indicates the land that was visible at the start of the game.
