Bridge models besides cities, perhaps?

Since there is no penalty for crossing a river from a city, could we have some graphic in the game to represent this? I'm going to forget about this bonus all the time :-/

The move distance overlay will help. I'm sure I've seen bridges but there were likely roads as well.
