hm... i think i know what is happening to you.

When are in the Paint Editing the Apha Channel, you close and save, and then you close Editor of the DDS.... but you need to use the "Save As..." before closing, it doesn't automatically save.

I don't know if you are understanding me \o'\ but well, i have this problem before... the interface of the DDS Editor is very bad @_@...

But if you didn't make it, and can try and post here.

PS: If this sound to stupid to be problem... sorry ^_^ but this really happen to me...

heh no that's not it!

I work on the flag on one pc (with all my art programs on it) and convert to DDS on the other pc - my gaming pc which I also use for the internet and thus the place I downloaded that DDS editor from.

Dont worry, I will sort it - it had to wait until this weekend though as I have had a really busy couple of weeks - now I have 4 days off (Thai national holiday on Monday - woot!)

I'm going to get this sorted once and for all tomorrow!!

I'll reduce it by a further 25%, warp the top of the motif in to counter the stretching effect. I'll also upload both the red on white, and white on red.

Very Good! What about putting the text file that change the name of England to Britain too?

I'll leave that to Rhye - he hasn't actually said if he wants to do this yet anyway.... and ultimately it will need to be in his download if it is to be included in the game!

Sorry all, I've heard it from Rhye himself that he's not going to be including it in the mod. He has, however, given us permission to release a Britain patch sort of thing, since he probably won't change the text files or art ones:
