i have the civilization V gold edition and it is upto date with steam, However i am getting the following error ...

Basically it just dont allow panning the map tiles across the screen and contents are also cropped... it is happening with maps like Four corner, amazon, North vs South ...
gameplay wise it is abnormal coz maps pan across the screen, it is same issue when going till the edge by units manually, does it happen with ur game as well, i see units popping out of cropped areas, not like out of fog field.
anyone with same issue... any fix ...
