Is the 3.13 in the title maybe a good hint?

My version is, I think, 3.1.3.1. That's what I find when I look in the "Advanced" section on the main menu.

I never had an idea, what the numbers in the versions menu really meant, they are sometimes a bit confusing.
However, you are either not updated, or you're too up to date, becuase this mod is not compatible with the current patch 3.19.
