Playing BTS 3.19. When an AI contacts me, or when I click on one of the buttons on the top right (tech tree, civics, Civilopedia, etc), the game freezes for 15 seconds before the popup shows up. Then everything runs fine. The game otherwise runs quickly (except on huge maps with many AIs), and the game doesn't freeze for tech discovery popups.
I don't experience this problem with Vanilla or Warlords.
