I think Oct 31 is a good goal.
Hopefully we can get more details nailed down over the next few weeks... and maybe ask a moderator or even Thunderfall to make a general announcement that this game is starting on Oct 20th maybe?
See if we can drum up some new players once the basic framework is in place, but before the big kick-off?

You guys can send me a message when you are ready for a news posting or forum announcement. 
From past experience, I think it's best to wait until right before the game begin so that people don't lose interest waiting for it to start...
