BTS Global Warming Off

Hi guys. I got a new computer recently and had to reload CIV BTS. It has been a few years, since I switched off the global warming, in the xml file.

I cannot remember how to do it now. Is there any way, I can get a layman's step by step procedure?

I cannot stand the global warming. It take a lot of the fun factor out of the game for me.
