BTS Graphic Problem - No leader Faces

Can anyone help me, whenever I check the civilopedia there's no leader faces when I check leader profiles.

When I start a game im unable to see the faces of other leaders, all I see is a blurd area of the background. Can anyone help me out?

I have NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 440 with AGP8X graphic card

I have the exact same graphic card and the exact same problem!
plus, when I found a religion I can't see the movie, it just goes black, like the leaders faces.anybody knows how to fix it?

Well then, obviously it's the graph card.

I finally got BTS to start on my PC (Windows ME with a GEForce2 MX400) I couldn't see the leaders' faces either, but I could see their hair and eyelashes! I also get no text on any of the menus. I have the latest driver that works with ME, unfortunatley the latest ones need XP.

And me - athough GF2 GTS64 on XP - only started happening on BTS

My driver version is 81.98 which is the latest for Windows ME. I tried rolling back to older versions, but even more things vanished (your nation's flag, the spaceship parts on the spaceship build screen etc). No problems like this with Vanilla though.

I'm using 71.89 - I've tried newer ones, and had problems with video playback in general (generally only playing the center 1/8th of a video, blown up to full screen)

I got a similar problem. The leader face is in mesh form. I see the grid of ther face. I got a NVIDIA 7600 GS card, with the lattest driver 162.18 on 2007-06-29 DirectX 9.0c. Since I have install the latest patch, those thing happen
