Civ IV BTS is working fine for me, but I was wondering if anyone here might know how to hide the clouds when zoomed out (not talking about fog of war here, I'm talking about the scrolling cloud graphics).
Searches returned some references to using Civscaler to do this, but it appears the author pulled the utility long ago, and the version that works with BTS is not available.
I don't have a problem manually editing XML files if needed, but my attempts to do that on my own seemed to be ignored.
Is there anyone about who still knows how to make this work?
