BTS update locale

I dl'd the update but was in an account without permissions to install I logged in as admin but where is the file to patch the game as admin? any help would be appreciated.

ok I dl'ed the files manually I was able to patch BYTS and Colonization but Civ IV and Warlords is not finding the install directories I tried to paste it into the directory but without any luck

if you got BtS installed then Civ4 and Warlords are patched to date - I guess you run Civ4 Complete? in which case the installers would throw the error you cite...
