Budget Requests

I will not be available on Sunday for the turn chat, due to real life engagements. Therefore, to make sure there is no confusion about budgets for projects, would each department please post any budget requests you have in this thread, ASAP. Feel free to discuss these requests here as well, as I will post the final budget for the upcoming turns in the turn chat thread on Sunday morning so they will be easily accessed.

Rush a university in Abydos, 288 (-20gpt)
Rush a university in Alexandria, 236 (-24gpt)
Rush a university in Memphis, 192 (-28gpt)
Rush a university in Justinian, 236 (-16gpt)

I would say Justinian has the most need for additional culture, but that is not my job.

I was prioritizing based on location, especially proximity to captured cities Hieroconpolis and Oka.

Due to overwhelming support for CAP funding, the universities in Abydos and ALexandria may be rushed as the funds become available without going below 1000 gold, if there are no objections.
