Ok I followed all the vista fix issues ... changed the permissions in the general and security tabs under properties ... BUFFY causes game to crash during combat resolution, every time.
Game runs with BUFFY otherwise. Yes I am running 3.19. Yes I run it with admin permissions on Vista. I get no error messages from BUFFY (i.e., I don't get the "game is incompatible for HOF submission" message).
