[BUG] Cities unmanageable

I don't remember having had this bug before, but its uber-annoying in that it prevents me from managing my cities. :(

I've been playing a game as Askia of the Songhai. Recently, I destroyed the English ... I burned every city (except the capital, of course, which I recently changed from puppet to annexed city). Now, suddenly, my cities become 'confused' ... if I click on my capital Gao after loading the save game and put a check by "Show Queue" to show the queue, it does not expand the production box to accomodate the production queue, so I can't manage it. If I go to another city and then go back to Gao, it no longer shows Gao but another city (though it says 'Gao' ... I know its not Gao because it shows the wrong buildings, wonders and the wrong citizen focus [I have Gao on 'Culture' production to pump out artists to make culture bombs]).

I haven't noticed this bug before ... but admittedly I haven't played Civ V at all in months. It may be a new bug with the recent patch + hotfix (this game was started after the most recent hotfix). I hope this doesn't happen in every game or the game will be unplayable ...

This is a new game I started because I had to abandon the old one due to the cities corruption bug making that game unplayable. I am unable to complete games now due to this bug corrupting my cities, making them unmanageable. WTH!

Check out Taghaza, east-southeast of my capital Gao. I can't re-order its production. Notice the icon for the city shows it is building a factory, but if you click on the city bar to load the city management screen, the factory isn't in the queue.
