Playing the most recent version (6.0.6002) of G&K as Korea. Suddenly, several city-states no longer appear on the list that shows up in the upper right-hand corner when you press the large "diplomacy" button. Even though I met them ages ago and, in fact, have a unit standing on their border, it is as if I never met them. (See the attached save.) They are listed in the more complete diplomacy pop-up in the center of the screen, but clicking on them does not let me contact them. (This happens in particular for Capetown, which is included in the screenshot.)
So, I closed the game, then restarted. At that point, the issue with unreachable (non-contact-able) city-states was still there. In addition, the display of the right-hand diplomacy panel has shrunk in height, with no obvious way to restore it to its original size. (See attached screen shot.)
I then verified the cache. This came up as corrupted, but restoring it did not fix the problem. Re-verifying the cache still came up as corrupted, and restoring it still did not fix the problem, although it stops reporting corruption now.
I tested with other saves, and he diplomacy menu looks okay, so it appears to be something about this particular save-game.
My dxdiag.txt is also attached. I am playing using DX9 (since DX11 occasionally causes my graphics card to overheat, leading to a hard crash of the computer. DX9, at worst, merely causes an occasional crash-to-desktop.)
