[BUG] : No children

Please see below attached games. I had a great queen for many years, but she never had any children. Married her several times. Then I made a chosen heir in another family. Also no children. Then I noticed there were hardly any children in any families. Not sure what went wrong.
Luckily I won before it became a problem. Let me know if I could have done anything.

I had a similar problem in my current game. I did have several heirs (siblings, cousins, etc.), but the royal couple did not produce any heirs. I had a save near the beginning of his reign, and played the same 20 years through more than once. On the third time through, I had him abdicate the throne to his sister when she turned 18. She married and produced an heir.

Then her daughter, and only child, produced no heirs. I have attached saves from turn 168 and 190. Both the daughter and her Greek husband have the Romantic trait. That does not seem to help them produce an heir.

It is most frustrating because the queen has 6 nationalities (all but Greek), so if she produces an heir with her husband, it should unlock the Ethnic Diversity achievement.

I'm not sure what's up.
