bug report - no industrialization boost from building two workshops. iOS 17.6.1 game version 1.0.12.54

I have been wondering for a while how it is that I am always behind on revealing coal on the map and never being able to get the industrialization research boost. Well, i finally figured out I was actually doing the requirements - I have two fully build industrial zones, apprenticeship is completed - and yet my industrialization still says i haven’t boosted it. iOS 17.6.1 game version 1.0.12.54 but this has been suspected in my games for a while. Mods please move this if i put it in the wrong place sorry I can’t find the bug thread.

I finally did get it but I had to build a third one… Not sure what is up with that.
