Proof that all humans did not originate in africa. Some of them originated right there in the middle of the mountains.

I may be wrong, but can we? I remember that I could put a Tunnel in my territory or neutral territory (and if some civilization grab the neutral tiles, the tunnel is now their), but not in other civilizations, including city-state even if I was their suzerain.

Don't know about tunnels.

You can repair and build improvements on their land if you are the suzerain though, if I'm not mistaken, so I guessed you could build tunnels too.

Well that pic is an Incan ally roundabout tunnel.
At least the Spanish cannot invade it.
