[Bugs] So where'd this +1 Planet come from?!

I've noticed that I almost always seem to end up with +1 Planet (that is, 1 higher than it should be - so if I'm Green, I get +3 Planet instead of only +2) on the Social Engineering Screen - even if I'm not the Gaians. Anybody else had this happen to them? Any patches that fix this?

(As far as I know there's no Secret Project or tech that gives you +1 Planet.)

In the addon, one of the landmarks give you +1 Planet, if you have it in your land you get +1. It like called something Manifold or something.

Ah! The Manifold Nexus! Yes! I do, in fact, have that landmark in my territory.
