[NFP] Building Rework-athon!

The goal of this thread is to take any building in any district (including City Centers and unique buildings) and change it to make it more interesting, fun, flavorful, realistic, or strategic.​

Here's a few I've thought of thus far:
  • Campus:
    • Library: +1 Great Work of Writing Slot, grants Culture equal to this Campus's adjacency bonus, +2 Faith for an adjacent Holy Site
    • University: All adjacent specialty districts get +1 to their yields (doesn't apply to EC). Adjacent districts generate +1 GPP of their corresponding GP
    • Research Lab: Generates Great Scientist points equal to the adjacency bonus of this Campus. +2 Science for an adjacent Theater Square with an Archaeological Museum. This city gains a +20% Production boost toward projects.
  • Theater Square:
    • Amphitheater: +5 Loyalty during a Golden Age. -5 Loyalty during a Dark Age. +1 Amenity for each Entertainment Complex adjacent to this district. +1 Faith for each Holy Site adjacent to this Theater Square. +1 Great Work of Music slot.
    • Archaeological Museum: +2 Science per Artifact. -1 Faith per Artifact. This city generates halved religious pressure. +2 Loyalty per Artifact created by your Civilization. Archaeologists in this city are trained +50% faster if there is a Volcano, Geothermal Fissure, or Floodplains tile in its borders.
    • Art Museum: Generates +2 Faith per Religious Work of Art in this building. +2 Faith for each Holy Site adjacent to this Theater Square. +1 Great Artist point for each shallow water tile and tile with Breathtaking appeal adjacent to this Theater Square.
    • Broadcast Center: No longer generates Culture if a foreign civilization is culturally dominant over you. Generates +4 Gold per Great Work of Music, decreasing to +2 at Computers. Domestic Trade Routes to this city gain +2 Culture and +4 Loyalty. Your own Rock Bands can perform on this Theater Square.
  • Entertainment Complex
    • Arena: +5 Loyalty in this city. Now only generates +1 Amenity, but grants an additional Amenity for every 5 population. No longer has a maintenance cost- instead grants +0.5 Gold per turn per citizen in this city. +1 Amenity for an adjacent Horses resource.
    • Zoo: +2 Science to every unimproved feature in this city, increasing to +3 if that tile has a Luxury resource. +1 Amenity for each resource adjacent to this Entertainment Complex. +1 Great Scientist Point.
    • Stadium: +10 Loyalty to all city centers within 6 tiles. Now only grants +1 Amenity to each city center within 6 tiles, but grants an additional +1 Amenity to all city centers in the affected range for every 4 population in this city. +1 Gold per turn per citizen in this city. Your own Rock Bands can perform on this Entertainment Complex.
