Some point recently I stopped being able to hover over buildings for tooltips (you know, in case I forgot what a building did and needed the reminder). I disabled all mods, which solved the problem. I then reenabled only CivUP to see if that was causing the issue since it does affect tooltips. No more building tooltips.
Has anyone encountered this before, or is there a way to fix it?
