Check my workers near Moscow on the SE hill!

Check also the tech screen and the trade screens.

I have noticed several times that on 1.52 techs are incorrectly reported as being researched or not. This is the first time that workers have been able to perform a task without the appropriate tech.

Maybe it's because I'm interested in renewable technology....

Second thoughts, the save file exceeds the max by 40k. Just trust me.

Well, it's hard to judge what's going on here, but based on your title, it sounds like you're surprised you can build windmills without replaceable parts?

The windmill improvement becomes available with machinery. Replaceable parts is required for lumbermills, not windmills. I think it also adds a bonus to wind and watermills, but I'm not positive about that.
