If you've tried the things on the Common Checklist, could you provide more details about the problem you've encountered? In my current game it appears to be working:
Hmm... all my cities with workshops actually had been building wonders -- it does not seem to work for wonders. My bad, I thought wonders were buildings.
PS: How come 1.04 crashes stuff for 1.01 games? Is there any way I can hack something together to use new versions with my game?
Savegames generally work with a specific version of Civ (including mods). Loading saves on incompatible versions of Civ usually crashes the game. I think this because of whatever method Firaxis uses to store temporary data. I update mods between finishing one game and starting the next.
Right. Units, buildings, and wonders are different categories. Weird, huh?
[Also, I'm not sure if workers and settlers and other civilian units count as "military" units for milprod bonuses.]
Sounds like a case of making the code simpler because the naming doesn't look pretty.. Firaxis should have made "wonders", "non-wonder buildings" and "buildings", instead.
Wonders = anything which is limited to 1 per player or map
Buildings = everything else
I personally think the odd part is projects. They should be categorized with wonders, just with a "cannot hurry with great engineer" flag set to true. I don't see any reason to have projects separate.
