probably the new patch issue.
i can not open any 3.17 save, or even start civ 3.17...

Yeah I patched up, which is probablly the problem. I'm hoping not to have to do a dual install, as most of my other games are patching.

I also patched, but I don't know can we continue game if just one of us upgrade to 3.17?

Are you guys all patching ?
I was not planning to patch soon, since I do play some SGOTM (and also other PBEM that are not patching). But if we need to (meaning if a majority of the players are patching) I might try dual setup. Do not really want to, but I'd rather do that than stop the game...

By the way, I am currently moving my family (Paris->Montpellier), which means end of June - beginning of July will not be an easy period. So if we could settle this quickly, that'll be good
