I hear you brother. I have vowed to never give a penny to that place as long as I live. I USED to buy everything there. DVD's, CD's, video games etc. I probably visited there twice a week and never had a problem until I bought this PS2 game. So I go back to the store thinking that life is good and they will give me a new game. I gather up all the receipts that I can find to show the manager that I do indeed spend a lot of money there. Walk up to the counter and tell the manager what happened and she says, "Sorry there is nothing we can do about that." I get a little upset and dump my receipts on the counter and tell her that I spend mucho dinero at this store and I demand tribute for my suffering. She says get lost. I begin to scream and curse at her in an attempt to get my $50 worth somehow. I end up getting escorted out of the store but on my way out I spit a lugi on the doors.

I hate Best Buy!

I don't know how things work around there but if I go in a store around here to buy a game the game CD is either packed in a hellish, thick plastic cover that can be only opened by the salesperson at the counter(or by you IF you manage to get power tools inside the shop). Or if the games are in boxes in shelves they are empty and you get the game CD from under the desk when you pay the game. No way any punk's going to get those CD's. Anyhow I'm sorry about your loss.
