I was thinking it would be rather simple to add Theodora as another leader for Rome, and call it Byzantium.
Theodora - Crusher of Rebels (idk I can't think of name)
Fighting barbarians gives faith equal to 50% of the barb's strength. Fighting against a unit from an earlier era gives a 10% combat increase.
Agenda - Religious Shelter
Tries to build up faith and have at least one city with a foreign religion. Likes civilizations that have her religion in at least one city and civilizations that have converted at least one of her cities. Dislikes civilizations that convert her completely.
