I take a founder belief and stack the 1st enhancer and the 2nd so that I get Just War and Defender of the Faith... you basically get a 20% combat buff any where in your sphere of influence. I could see Church Property stacked with thithing also being powerful.
The point is... double-down on your two beliefs so that doing things to make one more powerful will help the 2nd one and you'll get the most out of stacking them.
