If we know the route with one ocean tile in between, we can do so-called galley hopping and deliver our AC units to their destination on another continent. This would mean we lose half of the galleys on this ocean tile but all units will be alive. It is costly but possible.

Galley hopping/ship chaining is allowed by the rules, no problem there.
 
Let's first focus on C3b's elections. Then focus on the location of the other continent and then focus on getting an army there.

While in the meantime preventing C3B from annihilating us and preparing ourselves for a (hopefuly never neccessarily) strike at C3B.
 
Debates are going on in C3B, if we do anything it wil be now. I fear that our recent border proposal hurt the moderate party, but it is better that we did that then had no answer. The next chat with C3B will be on FRIDAY at 21:00 GMT/14:00PDT/18:00 Brasilia time.

Naw, he is just busy, he still is president. He said he would run out his term. It is like what DZ did, he was not so active, but still president, but we got someone else to play the save.

Maybe not all of the Moderate Party is good. But it looks like the power is corrupting them slowly. Next election, we need to make sure he does not win to keep peace.

Yep, virtual reality rules the 21st century. People fall in love and marry over the Internet without ever seeing each other. Soon they'll be able to get children over by e-mail. I'm serious, no kidding here.
 
C3b needs more women in goverment ,they are indeed a great source of information.
TheCat is a sentimental and overal probably good/somewhat naive person ,good for us as people as her are less inclined to lie and deceat.
Emp is smart to create a strong bond between him and her ,make's her more inclined to "cry out" to Emp whan thing's aren't going her way at C3B ,wich means she'll have to explain the reason of her bad feeling.
All this doesn't mean Emp should feel that he is taking advantage of her ,she looks like an overall good person as i said and as thus is from our perspectve one of those people who we wanna do business and have a good bond with.

Their internal squabling is troublesome ,means that internally changes can come very quick with effect's for the alliance ,but it speaks to our advantage overall.I wonder if this was one of the reason's that Bremp may be less active at C3B.I wonder what the prospect could be of us stirring some squabling between strategic people at C3B ,maybe a good argument created by us between a person we don't like and one that has much respect at C3B can achieve the ousting of that disliked person.

So C3B wants a talk with our CoIA ,lets arrange that on the condition that their minister of internal affairs will be present ,being Carlucasa ,good way to learn to know the guy and maybe learn how we can influence him/his team against him.And since our CoIA is also president we should also drag Master of civ in the talks. (lets make it a summit)

Johannes IMO made a critical mistake to drag such arguments ad squabling inside diplomatic talks with our ambassador ,IMO it's not i sign of wisdom of the person to show such weaknesses at diplomatic talks.

Btw Emp can you give me a notice for the next diplo chat (time place etc) ,i would like to be present for a few times. :)
