C3B negotiation - Warrior in each others territory?

We have already decided we can have a worker in each others territory to explore. How about a warrior? Just one warrior that is...

Yes, a single warrior is much more clever than a worker, we couldn't afford sending a worker out there.

We will probably have that for military police anyway. Cheetah actually convinced me in the last few days.

@Matrix: That is true, and something I took for granted. My concern is more like "do we need 1 or 2 units in each city and what type ? (warriors or spears or javs)"

akots, with a tight build and 2 mp warriors in cities they couldn't do any big harm, and we could get more troops to the center of the action in no time.
