• Will you show all of us, that you are a peacefull neighbour, looking for good trading?
• Will you have fun in destroying the city - and having war until the end of the game (at least for one of us)?

Well one wonders what this American village is doing in the Chinese quarter of the Central mountain. Do you not have enough land in your own side? If it is still here next turn it will not be, this is our side of the central mountaion and you have not asked to move here.

I didn't know there is reserved land in Civ. I always thought you had to come first in order to settle first. And that you had going to negotiations or to war if you think that some piece of land that was settled by another civ before should rather belong to your own empire.

But let's imagine for a minute there would be reserved land. I could not see that the American city is placed on your land in this point of view. So I don't see no reason to remove it, because this just would be another way of destroying it. If you think you have to do so because you have the power, than you have to destroy it by yourself. But perhaps a little bit of negotiation could be the better alternative?

But first of all we have to get back Sephiroth. Has anyone got a sign from him?

That depends on how you look at it. This map is evenly spaced and you are in my land. That's the way I look at it.
