Yes, Russia is ahead on the game board score but not VPs. No matter how you count it, the Austrians and the Ottomans are sucking fumes.

Hardly. The Austrians have a massive force of Hussars that are just sitting there, waiting for a Russian attack. It has been a bloodless last 2 years. (of course, the British have suffered some in the meantime!

I don't know if the French lead can be over-taken at this point or not (by anyone).
