Anyway killed 4 readcoats south of Amsterdam with no losses and sunk one MoW near Rome. Lost frigate against the other redlined MoW...

Pirates off the coast of Northern Russia have attacked one of our Frigates.

Russia suspects that the Prussians were the responsible party. Our response has been to declare Economic Sanctions against Prussia with Sweden.

For good measure we signed the same agreement against Prussia's French Allies.

If any more of my ships are attacked by Pirates war will be declared.

My dear Czar..3 Cavalry units patrolling within the AUSTRIAN border would hardly constitute an OFFENSIVE threat!

Look..Prussia has done nothing to Russia. You have refused all previous diplomatic efforts offered to you! IT is plainly obvious that it is Russia who is provoking.

3-4 Cavalry units within Prussian borders upset you? Geez get a grip as the Americans would say. Prussian forces will go where they will inside our border...PERIOD. And I might add...Without the leave or permission of Russia!

We remain peaceful towards our neighbors except for the British who have taken the city of Amsterdam without right. And have committed numerous atrocities not to mention invaded continental borders without provocation. Europe is for Europeans..not Englishmen!

One would suspect you would be happy that Prussia is in fact defending Russia sovreignty in front of your borders. And in fact it is the Prussian Navy that keeps English Warships from threatening several Russian Seaports.

We are doing all this with a small military force and instead of Thanks Neighbor...we get unwarranted threats!

In response to the unfounded accusations made by the Prussians. The British forces have been asked by the citizens of Amsterdam to save them from the perversions of the French and their henchmen the Prussians.

Amsterdam is now under attack by the French. In response the British forces garrisoned in the city have initiated an artillery bombardment followed by a cavalry charge. Five British Household Cavalry were lost in the charge. The French suffered no loses but most units suffered injuries.
Meanwhile a large Prussian force has approached the city from the east. We expect them to launch an attack on the city.

Russia would be interested in hearing the viewpoints of other nations regarding the positioning of offensive units on a border.
It is my opinion that this constitutes an act of war.

So Neighbor...You are saying that a nation that shares your border cannot move units within its own border? Can't a nation move troops within its own border? I have 3-4 units not stacked, moving on roads within its own national borders?

How can that be considered provacative? Especially since, as mentioned previously, we offered a non-aggression pact which Russia refused? Want to see the emails?

Again I state the facts..Prussian forces are in fact protecting the continent from English aggression.

So in public...Prussia asks Russia..what can we do in good faith to prove to Russia that there is no ill will. We feel that continental nations should be free to move their own forces within their own borders. We have violated no soverign nations' borders. Russia..let our leaders meet at the border and discuss our mutual interests. We offer to bring Bratwurst and ale.
