My only problem was with initiating the game. So I am ready to play; I am just waiting for the save. Any idea who has it?

as Carthage can overcome a not so superior player as Rome, but in that game
Rome was in very capable hands. If you can somehow lure Macedon vs the
Romans it would be a huge help, but they will have their hands full with Persia
. Also the Celts, Scyths and Goths may come in handy 
if you can manage it. The elephants are strong, but a littleways off
. Ironduck put Numidians into Hannibal's Army, but they weresmashed by Legions-- I sometimes make a Swordsman Army, but others will
often wait for Elephants-- I'm not sure what is the best tactic in pbem.

Go get Rome as soon as you can. Need a few Elephants for this though. And try to defend Sicily at all costs in the beginning. Sicily is the key as well as naval blockades of Roman fleet and research early in the game. WE are great units in numbers certainly superior to legions I and II and Heavy cavalry. It is worth pillaging all iron and build WE instead of HC. You save 10 shields on each one and attack is essentially similar to HC but defense is way better with extra hit point.

I sent him a amil. If I don't have an answer in 2 days, I will try to reorganize the game completely....

This is sad! after Provolution disappear now is donovan, and we even pass the first turn!!!
Ok if Donovan didnt post here, sending the file to haklord or whatever in next hours, then I will assum this game is over and will be out this one.

On Carthage, They caught me napping in "Scipion" and are kicking my butt. It won't happen this time...
I'll probably start this one tomorrow some time. Will check here and in my e-mail account before i do to make sure the names are right...
