maybe he ment how to get to the included scenarios that come wtih C3C, go to conquests, or "civ-content"

A "sereiano" is, in that case, a scenario.

But a DL, yes, I want to know what's a DL. Apparently, it's not a good thing.

After a careful examination of Chieftess's post, I'd say it's a Double L-something, meaning you have two accounts at the same time. Hence the sentence, "if you've lost your password..."
