C3Complet: missing 0.50000 in fan made unit?

The engineer unit made by Wrymshadow keeps generating a

FILE NOT FOUND
"Art\Units\Engineer\0.500000"

message. In checking the .ini for the unit it has 0.500000 listed in all the timing locations, but nowhere else in the file. All of the other units I've checked (including original Firaxis units) have the same thing, but only this unit crashes. HELP?????

I had to make a correction to the first post, so I'm adding a bump in order to bring it to other's attention. Hopefully I'll get some help this time.

Have you asked Wyrmshadow about it? It is his unit after all, maybe he could help you out. I know nothing about custom units and unit modding myself.

I really don't know why I didn't think of that. It's not like I didn't know who made it.
