Can JFD's current Rise to Power mods work with Vox Populi or EUI?

I've looked online and I can't find an answer. I had JFD's core utility + Sovereignty working with VPEUI but when he updated it, it somehow broke and even when I used the prior version it doesn't work. Specifically, the DiploCorner (I think that's whats its called), which is the top right panel with the buttons, breaks with JFD's mods. The Top left panel (where most people choose to display the research progress) also breaks. The text for JFD's mods is messed up also. I apologize if this is a dumb question, I'm brand new to CIVV modding.

Edit: I got it working! Somehow the Corporations module breaks the core utilities of JFD's mods. Anybody have an idea why?

Go to ...\MODS\Community Balance Overhaul \ Modular Elements \ Corporations \ Text \ en_US \ CorpText.xml, then at line 43 change the "TXT_KEY_PEDIA_CATEGORY_17_LABEL" Tag to something else, for example I have changed it to: "TXT_KEY_PEDIA_CATEGORY_17_LABEL_VP".

If that's still not solve the problem, attach your Database.log from Logs and I'll take a look.
