Can not load save game

I already re-download and re install also valid game files

try both dx9 and dx11

but

my steam can't connect to steam cloud (internet is connect) I don't know why my steam can't connect with steam cloud may be is a problem ???

It crash when i click load game i mean load in menu

Okay. Then you are right: Problem with connecting to the Steam cloud.
Have you tried disabling the Steam cloud?
Maybe that will solve the problem.

I reboot my computer many times it the same ?

Steam has been doing some major upgrades. You might want to make sure that steam itself is properly loaded. You may try to exit steam into offline mode and then try logging back into steam online.

Or just delete steam and start over, whichever one you are more comfortable doing. If you delete steam. Reboot the computer before loading it back in. That way windows should "flush" it away before loading it again.

I try to exit steam and log in offline mode and then i logging back the result is the same

Now I'm try to download the game again but when I download till 64 percent is stop download status change to update suspended

I delete and download it again and it work!! and the problem can't load save is solved too
