Can Someone fix these flags???

I have failed to build and succsessfully make my flags work, so I need someone to fix them.

Please Can someone make these, I tried in dds form and still didnt work, I need them badly.

i have not figured how to do them yet, but i have read that if the file is not compressed enough or too much it can mess them up
