[GS] Can someone help find a localization text please?

I was trying to modify Qin's ability the First Emperor, however it seems the localization in the base game has no effect. Since it has a canal related property, I assume it has been changed in the GS DLC, however I tried looking for it, but with no success.
Can someone help me find it please?
