Can you change the shortcuts in-game?

Hi all,

For my teamspeak-client (~skype) I need to press F4 to talk. So when playing Civ4, the annoying Foreign Advisor screen pops up everytime I need to say something. My question is: be there any way to disband F4 from it's use in the game?

Ps. I already searched the forums for this, but there seems to be no thread about it. Also I looked for a controls/shortcut file in the /python and /xml directory's of the game. Am I overlooking it?

I don't think it's possible to modify keyboard shortcuts in civ. Alter your teamspeak shortcut if possible.
